General Information
Delivery Time:
Packages typically arrive within 6-14 business days as they travel from the EU to the US before final delivery. If your package hasn’t arrived within 14 business days, please contact customer service for assistance.
Shipping Method & Tracking:
- PureRawz ships via Priority International Mail, with most orders delivered in 6-14 days.
- All orders receive a tracking number, which can be checked on USPS.com.
- Tracking updates may take 24 hours to appear.
- No shipments occur on USPS holidays (see holiday list).
Order Confirmation:
- An email receipt is sent for every order.
- If you don’t receive one within 24 hours, check your spam folder or contact customer support.
Undeliverable Packages:
- If returned as undeliverable, you will be contacted and invoiced for reshipping.
- Refunds and order cancellations are not possible for undeliverable packages.
- We are not liable for lost packages due to incorrect addresses or unclaimed deliveries.
Shipping Fees & Signature Requirement:
- Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping.
- Orders over $150 require a signature upon delivery.
- To waive the signature requirement, leave a note with your order (waiving liability for lost/stolen packages).
Import & Logistics:
- Bulk shipments from the EU to the US help prevent import issues.
- Once in the US, packages are transferred to USPS for final delivery.
We ship to the USA and worldwide, with a few exceptions.
We do not offer refunds or reshipments for orders sent through international reshippers. If your package is lost, damaged, or confiscated while using a reshipper, we cannot provide a refund.
Please make sure you follow local laws and the laws of the reshipper’s country. Also, check that your package meets the reshipper’s terms of service before placing your order.
Tracking Updates: You should receive tracking updates via email within 1-3 business days after payment. Check your order status here.
Tracking Shows Delivered, But No Package.
- Check with neighbors, building staff, or the mailroom in case they receive it.
- Contact the courier for GPS scan details (USPS: 1-800-275-8777).
- If lost or stolen, file a claim with the courier and/or a police report.
- Wait 1-2 weeks—packages often turn up. If not, contact us with proof of the claim.
We handle lost packages on a case-by-case basis and may require an affidavit for reshipment. Reach out—we’re happy to help!

If your order is returned due to an incorrect address or being unclaimed, the following applies:
Restocking Fee: A fee will be charged if you request reshipment. This covers handling and processing costs.
Invalid Address: If the package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay the full restocking fee before reshipping.
Tip: Double-check your shipping address at checkout to avoid extra fees.
We accept payments via Venmo, Zelle, Card Payments, and Cryptocurrency. For international payments, we accept cryptocurrency. PayPal is not valid atm.
Banks and credit card companies verify your information to prevent fraud. Providing your phone number is a security measure for your protection. We won’t use it for marketing.
Yes, your personal information is encrypted and securely sent using SSL technology, so only we can read it.
Your credit card will be charged at the time the order is placed.
Yes, refunds are available for the orders that are still being processed. Once your product has been shipped, it is no longer eligible for a refund. Refunds usually take 3-5 business days but may take longer for third-party banks or money apps.
We do not accept any returns.
Our products can last 3 years or more if stored in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. We will never send you a product close to its expiration date.
Yes, we verify every batch of each product with third-party lab reports available for each item. Always request independent testing from accredited labs. We provide both 1st and 3rd party COAs (Certificates of Analysis).
