STEP 1
- Log in to your PayPal account. Click on the ‘Money’ tab. On the list of dropdowns, select the ‘Send or Request Money’ option. You will be given several different options for payment, select ‘Pay for Goods or Services’. Use the PayPal address provided via email and press the ‘Next’ button. Set your payment amount in USD and click the ‘Continue’ button.

- Choose your preferred payment method and click on the ‘Send Money’ button.
- Please note an 12% service fee will be automatically applied to your order when choosing PayPal as a payment method.

- Take a screenshot of your payment and email us at support@purerawz.co. Please include your order number in your email, as this will help us accelerate the order- completion process.

VENMO
- Log into your Venmo app on your Android or Apple device. Click on the ‘Pay or Request’ button. You will automatically be redirected to a list of your friends & contacts. Using the search bar located at the top search for the Venmo account provided via email.
- You will be able to set your payment amount once you have located our Venmo account. Please send VENMO payment in USD.
- Please note it is important to not include any details of your order, order number or any information about PureRawz during the payment process.
- Click on the PAY button. Venmo will always choose your Venmo balance as its default payment option. If that balance does not cover the transaction, it will use your bank account or card linked to your account.
- To confirm payment click SEND button.
- You will receive an 3% service fee automatically applied to your order when choosing Venmo as a payment method.

ZELLE
- Log into your ZELLE app on your Android or Apple device. Tap ‘Send Money with Zelle’ on the main screen. Select ‘Send Money’ from the automatic pop-up. Using the search bar located at the top search for the Zelle account provided at checkout via email. Click ‘Yes’ to confirm you have selected the correct account.
- You will be able to set your payment amount once you have located our Zelle account. send Zelle payment in USD. Tap the ‘Review’ button once you are finished.

- To confirm your payment, use the ‘Slide to Send’ button. Tap ‘Yes’ to complete the process.
- You will automatically receive an 1% service fee on your order when choosing Zelle as a payment method.

CRYPTOCURRENCY
- Login to your preferred cryptocurrency platform where you keep your currency. Click on the ‘Send/Receive’ tab. Insert the address provided at checkout via email into the ‘Recipient’ tab. Insert your order payment amount in the ‘Amount’ tab.

- Click on the ‘Send Funds’ button. You will be sent a text message to your mobile number with a one-time pin used to confirm payment. This may differ depending on the app you use.
STEP 2
- Once you have completed your payment, find your Transaction ID/Hash on your online Crypto account (not always provided on the app). We need the full Hash number in order to verify your payment. Take a screenshot of your payment and email us at support@purerawz.co.Please include your order number in your email, as this will help us accelerate the order- completion process.

Credit Card
- The cart and checkout process are exactly the same as usual. Go to your cart, check you have the right items, and click “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT”. This will direct you to the checkout page where you will need to enter your details (Name Address etc.). Now select “Pay with MAX REDEMPTION”, check the “I have read and agree to the website terms and conditions” checkbox, and press “CONTINUE”.
- DO NOT INCLUDE ANY DETAILS OF YOUR ORDER, ORDER NUMBER, OR ANY INFORMATION ABOUT PURERAWZ.
- You will be charged an 8% fee for using this payment gateway.

STEP 2 – SETUP ACCOUNT
- Creating a MAX REDEMPTION Account
Once you have pressed “CONTINUE”, you will be directed to the MAX REDEMPTION account login/registration page. To use MAX REDEMPTION, you need to set up an account with them first. This will only take 60 seconds. Take a look at the account screens to guide you. Once you have filled in everything correctly, click “FINISH” to complete the account setup.
*Please make sure that you use the correct personal details for your account set up with MAX REDEMPTION. These details need to be true so that MAX REDEMPTION can verify that you are who you say you are. If you do not use the correct information MAX REDEMPTION will not be able to verify your identity and therefore your MAX REDEMPTION account will not be approved.
- Log Into Your MAX REDEMPTION Account
Once you have created your MAX REDEMPTION account, log in using the email and password. This will then prompt you to input the verification PIN that MAX REDEMPTION will text to your cell phone.
- Adding Funds to Your MAX REDEMPTION Account
After logging into MAX REDEMPTION, you need to fund your account. To do this you will need to add money to your account from your credit card. As shown above you need to select the amount to add. Then input your credit card details, press “CONFIRM” and make sure to click “PAY WITH MAX REDEMPTION MONEY NOW”.
Once you have paid with MAX REDEMPTION you will get the “Thank You!” message above. This will redirect you back to the PureRawz website after a few seconds and you will see your order confirmation as above. We will then send you an email to let you know we have received your order!
